The free month is credited to your next invoice once the referred venue has paid their setup and first month. Credit is not convertible to cash. You must be an active client when the credit is applied. A venue can only be referred once, and self-referrals (same ABN) aren’t eligible. Full details in our Terms.

ANSA sounds natural and never pretends to be human — if asked, she says she’s the venue’s virtual receptionist. Most callers simply appreciate getting an immediate, helpful answer instead of voicemail or a busy signal mid-service.

No. You keep your number and simply set up call diversion — either for all calls, or only the ones you miss. It takes two minutes with your provider and can be switched off anytime.

You define the escalation rules. ANSA can transfer urgent calls to your mobile live, flag them as priority in your recap, or send an immediate SMS alert to the kitchen or manager.
